This course lays a great foundation for understanding the swing mechanics in golf and how a physical screen can identify certain swing characteristics that may lead to a sub-optimal swing. The instructors were very clear throughout the course work. I do wish there was an in-person option for taking the class, however that is not available until level 3 courses.
